At World Of KTM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your World Of KTM account and select the 'Order History' section to identify the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear remains in brand-new, sellable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
